Sep 23, 2020: The current issue in relation to Windows 10 update and it’s solution guide
We’ve discovered that it is not smooth and suddenly shakes in using a system consisting of a measuring device “TS” or “TS-2” equipped with a CCD camera sensor on a Win10 PC and found that it’s a problem due to a conflict with our program as the update of WINDOWS 10 with respect to the chipset driver that affects our product’s picture quality since JUNE, 2020.  We’ve developed the upgraded version of our program to solve this matter after researching during Jul & Aug and started to deliver a shipment with the upgraded version since Sep 1, 2020.
